The Department of Economic Studies organizes the annual Competition Conference - information about the current edition can be found here.

In 2022, members of the Department of Economic Studies, in collaboration with colleagues from the Department of Mathematics and the Department of Engineering, are organized the MME2022 - Mathematical Methods in Economics conference. This was the 40th year of this conference, which is organized in cooperation with the Czech Society for Operational Research and the Czech Econometric Society.
