Information on the final state exam (FSE)

The state final examination consists of two parts: the defence of the final thesis and the state examination of the study programme. The state examination in Finance and Management consists of three parts: the Common Program Basis (Economics), Finance and Management.

FSE Schedule

The schedule for the semester can be found in the files below. FSE usually takes place in January/February (winter semester) and June/September (summer semester). The dates of the FSE can also be found in the timetable in IS or on the website.

Conditions for signing up for the FSE:

• See "Final State Examination Guidelines" SP No.1/2020 - effective January 28, 2020 (available in IS or below among the files)
• A student may apply for the state examination of the study programme and for the defence if he/she has completed all the courses in the prescribed structure given by his/her study plan (i.e. has obtained at least 180 credits).

Bachelor's Theses - FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT programme

The following internal regulations of the VŠPJ (all available in the IS) govern the Bachelor's Thesis (hereinafter referred to as "BP")  and you should familiarize yourself with them:

• Study and Exam Regulations of the VŠPJ valid from 18.12.2020 (hereinafter referred to as the "SRE"
• Plagiarism Prevention Directive SP No.5/2017 (valid from 24. 11. 2017)
• Directive on Supervision, Development and Publication of Final Theses SP No.1/2021 (valid from 15. 2. 2021, hereafter referred to as "BP Directive")
