Cooperation with the application sphere

Collaboration with companies and organisations is crucial for the VŠPJ, as all bachelor's courses and programmes, including Finance and Management, are practically oriented and include long-term internship.

Internship

The main collaboration therefore takes the form of a semester-long internship, where Finance and Management students undertake an 18-week (or 3+15 weeks) internship in a selected company or organisation. The selection is possible via the internship portal, the conditions are regulated on the student internships website.

Grants, projects, contract research

The Department of Economic Studies also runs several research and grant projects in collaboration with companies and organisations. For more information, see research projects or internal grant competitions.

Supervising and opposing bachelor theses

Because the Finance and Management programme is practically oriented, all bachelor theses are also practically oriented and are supervised or refereed by practitioners. For more about BP, see the library website.
