Summer Schools 2024/2025

The Department of Economic Studies organizes the following semester courses and summer schools for students who need to better master the basics of compulsory subjects:

Winter semestr 2024/2025:

Business Economics 1
Management
Accounting Logic

Minimum number of students to open a course/school is 10.

Business Economics 1

This course will focus on challenging and problematic passages for students in the Business Economics 1 course. On the basis of corrected tests, the lecturer has identified insufficient knowledge - skills of the students for subparts of 10 topics and these will be focused on in the course. The lecturer will point out the most common mistakes, explain the issues again to the students and answer students' questions.

Total scope: 10 class hours. Classes will be taught online

Management

The course will focus on problematic passages of difficult and challenging topics for students in the Management course. Participation in the course gives students the opportunity to successfully pass the exam during the extended exam period.

Accounting Logic

This course focuses primarily on explaining and justifying accounting logic in the general study of accounting, and this accounting logic is then appropriately linked to individual accounting cases and detailed analysis of these accounting transactions, and of course it is expected that all of this will result in consistent explanation and practice of sample examples.
